...this is *the house*! Situated on a hill by *the* main road to all the main beaches in Sardinia, jump in the car and within kilometers you'll be treated to beach after beach and have only to choose which one to enter and set up your beach umbrella!

The basement of this house has a two bedroom one bath rental with large kitchen-dining-living area. The grounds are surrounded by a stuccoed fence, and although the main entrance is shared with the owners, access to the rental is private, as is the small patio pictured below.

The living, dining, kitchen area includes 19' LCD TV, gas stove, oven, and refrigerator, kitchen is fully furnished for guests who prefer in-house cooking. There is a well stocked supermarket withing a mile or so, and vegetable hut/mini-market within walking distance.

Large dining table expands to seat eight/twelve persons.

Master bedroom has queen size bed and closet.

Ceramic tile bathroom has shower, no bathtub.

Second bedroom can accommodate two twin beds and has one closet.

Living room has 19" lcd tv, and the sofa bed can accommodate further guests.
